Strange editor behavior [message #58416] Mon, 16 June 2003 10:03 Go to next message

Out of nowwhere, as near as I can tell, the following behavior has begun.

When ever I try to go "to a particular method", using F3, clicking on a
stack trace, or whatever, the editor opens and shows me the method, as
if it were the ONLY thing in the file. I can get the full file, if I
close that editor, and open the class as a whole, but when I try to "go
to a method", it's back to being "truncated".

This is on a very late RC of 2.1 ( I think it's the last one, but I"m
not sure right now). Any ideas what would cause this behavior, or how
to stop it?

Hi,

I think you have set the 'Show source of selected element only'. It is a
toolbar icon near the 'Go to next/previous problem' buttons. If yes,
deselect it and you'll see the whole source again.

HTH,
