You just download the Eclipse version for Windows then go to the directory
where it is installed and click on the Eclipse icon, you will see a
message stating something like completing installation and you are
down.Now if you click again on the Eclipse icon,Eclipse will start.Before
doing all this you have to make sure if your have JRE working properly.If
you have any other problem doing this ask another question about it.I hope
this helps.
