Now we see some activity here, in a news group. Raghu, can you post your
plan for our next steps. From my prospective I think we need:

1. Put together some project plan, having in mind Arthur comments about our
timeframe and deliverable.
2. Organize team somehow. For example, we see Ian Trimble initiate
discussion about functional spec. Can Ian gather all opinions and produce
draft?
3. Have some interim technical infrastructure. I think issue tracking system
will be useful on inception phase (where we are now).

Did I miss something and you have all this already? Do we need some periodic
status calls? Do we need some in-person meetings?
