The M3 iteration build for this week is now available from the DTP
download page. This iteration contains check-ins to SQL Dev Tools:

The "Eclipse 3.1 compatibility pack" also adds the ICU4J plug-in from the
Eclipse 3.2M4 build (more about this in a separate email).
