Is there any way (setting or something) to make the package explorer behave in linux in the same manner as it does in windows?

Specifically I would like to traverse the source tree and expand and collapse the source tree using the arrows.

I really hope there is something so I can finally get off windows and not be slowed down by my tools :)

Cheers

I'm expanding and collapsing items by using the "+" and "-" signs. Does it
work for you?

yeah, the expand and collapse works just fine when using the mouse and (if memory serves) when using spacebar.

Its just not as convenient as traversing the tree with the arrow keys.

(yes im a little nuts and prefer to not use my mouse if i can help it)

I think this is a GTK+ limitation. This doesn't work for me with Pan, gtk-
demo, or with XCHat.
