EclipseCON [message #5085] Fri, 14 March 2008 13:07 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hi all,

At EclipseCON next week I'll be giving two talks related to IAM

* Maven, Eclipse and OSGi working together
http://www.eclipsecon.org/2008/?page=sub/&id=72

A tutorial to show what is the current status of the integration of
Maven, OSGi and Eclipse.
Using Eclipse to build Maven projects with Q4E, using Maven to build
OSGi bundles, Eclipse features and update sites. The example code is Q4E.

* Q4E, Maven integration for Eclipse
http://www.eclipsecon.org/2008/?page=sub/&id=71

A short talk describing the features if Q4E and the IAM proposal.

If you are interested just show up or catch me at the bar ;)

I also would like to invite everyone interested in integration of
Maven, Eclipse and OSGi to participate in EclipseCon BoF on Monday
http://www.eclipsecon.org/2008/?page=sub/&id=602

Carlos, thank you for promoting Maven Integration for Eclipse project
(m2eclipse) in your short talk.

For those who haven't seen the new release, visit m2eclipse project
site at http://m2eclipse.codehaus.org/ or read demo script at
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/M2ECLIPSE/Demo+Script

Eugene

It's nice to see m2eclipse on the IAM proposal group.

I noticed that m2eclipse has changed its license to EPL. Does that mean
that you are considering contributing code to Eclipse and the IAM project
proposal? Or are there other reasons for the change?
