OCS looks forward to participating. Please include me in any
"formulation" discussions. The cosmos resource monitoring and
transaction areas seem to be the closest fit, but we would look for
synergies for those with other areas. I like the "aggressive" schedule
for the first delivery as that will focus us on low hanging fruit.

I am not sure how/what the venue to get organized for this project,
but please consider me the official point of contact for OCS.
