i looked through the logfile.but the error logged in this file seems is
not the one that would have caused the problem.precisely,what could be the
reason for not launching the runtime workbench properly.i temporarily
avoided the problem by changing the workspace.but i would like to work in
my older workspace where the problem occured.

please give me a clear picture of why the problem has occured and what
could be the solution for this.
