Trying to use the update center to install AspectJ tools for some
experimenting, I receive the following error messages:

Feature requires plug-in \"org.eclipse.pde.core\".
Feature requires plug-in \"org.eclipse.pde.runtime\".
Feature requires plug-in \"org.eclipse.pde\".

Possibly a true newbie question: where do I get these? Should the
installation instructions be updated?
