In our project we want to create a link to one or more web pages created by
EPFC HTML publisher. After publishing EPFC contents the page link includes
an identifier (seems to be an hex code:
customcategories/name_71527FBF.html).

My question is how stable is the identifier. I carried out some tests
(changing position and structure) with the result that the identifier hasn't
been changed.

So, can I rely on the test results? What are the influencing parameters for
the identifier?
