Our Rational Java Web Services Tools team specializes in the development
of tools for the Eclipse platform to help IBM clients build Web service
applications consistent with a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). We are
also heavily involved in code submission for the Eclipse WTP project.
We are looking to add a new member to the team to work on the design,
development and testing of leading and bleeding edge Web service tools for
several current and emerging XML, Web Service, J2EE and SCA standards and
runtimes. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and
experience in the Eclipse development environment where you will be
utilizing your proven development skills in XML Schema, Web service XML
and J2EE standards and concepts. Our team focus is on technical leadership
around Web services and ongoing improvements to function, usability and
performance.

and your desire or enthusiasm and ability to be a member of a team that

projects. Additional technologies you will be working with include ANT,
SOAP, WSDL, JAX-RPC and other JSRs, emerging WS-* standards, and various
