The job:
Assist in both design and implementation of the mid office trade management
product.
Work on all phases of design and development of rich desktop
Application, including screen and control design, use of remote services.
Work with cutting edge open source technologies such as Spring and Eclipse
RCP.
Experience:
Candidate should have strong skills in designing commercial GUI clients
using Eclipse RCP (or Experience writing Eclipse plugins and/or using SWT).
5+ Years working with Java.
Experience with JDK 1.5 Annotations a plus.
Some experience with IOC Containers (preferably the Spring Framework).
Experience with Test first or high unit testing environments.
The person:
Must be a fast learner and able to operate in a fast paced (agile)
environment.
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to comprehend complex financial scenarios
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
