Flex Builder is an Eclipse based tool being created by Adobe (formerly
Macromedia) to help developers create rich internet applications based on
the Flex framework.
This is a high profile project at Adobe, and our hope and ambition is to
make a difference in what the Web looks like ten years from now. There are
not very many projects like this out there.
Flex Builder takes advantage of many of the capabilities of Eclipse. It
features robust coding tools, debugging, and visual authoring tools. An
early alpha can be seen here:

Please respond to me if:
* You are passionate about Eclipse
* You are an expert in one of..
* Parsing and compiler design
* Visual tools and design
* Animation tools
* Debuggers
* RIAs
* You live in the San Francsico Bay Area
* You are an outstanding engineer. :-)
