How to use GEF3D build 3D models? [message #560912]

I have download GEF 3D by GEF3D Update Site,and copy the files to
../eclipse/features and ../eclipse/plugins, but how to use it to build 3d
models? do i need UniTI and topcased?or something else? thank you for you
help
