Hello,
I need to use Mylyn from both my home computer and my work station. I
would be happy if you can point me to a free (probavy open source), easy
to setup linux based software that mylyn can use as a task reposotory. I
plan to set it up on the box at home.

Alternatively you can use Trac or XPlanner.
