Hi,
Happy to see you fixed it, though your first post does point to an error
we need to fix in the core.
Could you raise a bug about the "replaceAll(..)" operation throwing an
exception when called on an undefined String?

Hi Tom,
What version of Acceleo are you using ? 3.0 or 3.1M1 ? You can see it in "Help -> About Eclipse -> Installation Details -> Plugins"
And for your bug, well I think I solved it with another bug few days ago that was similar, because I can't reproduce it in my developement version so the fix should be available in Acceleo 3.1 and Acceleo 3.0 SR1 or SR2.
