Hallo eclipse Team,

I have a little bit of an issue. It is clear that the device is not primarily meant to be an input device, however I want to ask you if there is any chance of getting eclipse to run on an iPad?

The reason I am asking is that I would very much like it for presentation reasons and 'proof reading'.

Thank you very very very much

Since Eclipse is written entirely in Java and the chances of Apple
allowing a Java VM on iOS are less than an ice cube's chances in Hell...
I'd say it's not likely.

Now, if someone were to develop a tool that would compile Java into
Objective-C or native iOS, that might get you 90% of the way there (but
the remaining 10% is not trivial, the native layer of SWT). But no such
tool exists, as far as I know.
