To speed up clean, (a good part of the time taken to clean is in deleting output folder location), I was trying to actually rename the outputlocation to outputlocation_to_be_deleted, create another outputlocation and then delete outputlocation_to_be_deleted in a separate thread so that user will not have to wait for that.

But when my autobuild is set , how can I find out that clean will be triggered and do the above before clean is triggered?

Also will it be a good idea to do that ?
