Tradescape is looking for a Eclipse experts in the San Francisco bay area!!!
Backed by venture investor, the company has developed award-winning monetization technology that enables traditional media companies to transform their business models and new media companies to implement new business models. The technology is designed to dramatically improve the efficiency of content and application economies and fundamentally change how content, application and other media are shared, distributed and exchanged. Our customers include some of the largest media companies, content syndication networks, and social networks in the world.
GUI Engineers:
You will drive the effort for the next generation suite of Eclipse based configuration and account management tools. The tools must be full featured and easy to use. Some of the tools will be dedicated rich clients and others will be web based.
- Must Have Skills
- A proven performer on a large user interface project
- Passion and drive to create a best of breed user interface
- Highly proficient in Java and OO principles
- Strong design and object modeling skills (EMF modeling a big plus)
- Extensive experience with SWT, JFace, and Eclipse RCP
- Work with a user interface designer
- Write concise development guidelines and standards
- Lead a small group and deliver on schedule
- Investigate technology choices
- Work effectively with minimal guidance and management
- Solid understanding of user interface usability principles
- Used agile programming practices (unit tests, iterative approach, etc.)
- Extensive experience with writing Unit Tests
- Highly Desirable
- Web based programming
- Experience with RAP
- Experience with EMF
- Experience with CDO
- Some management experience
