Assuming that there are multiple bundles exporting the same package:
exporter1 exports a.b.c
exporter2 exports a.b.c
With Eclipse 3.2M4, the import dialog of Manifest Editor does NOT show the
exporting plugins. It only shows the names of the package like:
a.b.c
a.b.c

There is no way for user to select the exporter.
What is the Eclipse policy for selecting the exporter ?
