Hi all,

we're happy to announce that Milestone 1 of RAP 1.4 is now available
for download. For details, see:
http://www.eclipse.org/rap/noteworthy/1.4/news_M1.php

As always, the RAP Tooling (which includes the Runtime SDK) is
available from the update site:
http://download.eclipse.org/rap/rt/1.4/tooling

We also provide a Runtime SDK Repository for those who like to install
their target platform directly from a repository. For details see:
http://www.eclipse.org/rap/getting-started/runtime-install/

You need to use this repository for 1.4:
http://download.eclipse.org/rt/rap/1.4/runtime

Thanks to all of you for your help.

Cheers,
The RAP Team

Hi rap team,

is there already a project plan for 1.4 as the first milestone is out now? I
could not find anything on the project page,
just the old stuff for 1.3.

Regards,
Markus

Hi guys,
in http://eclipsesource.com/blogs/2010/08/20/rap-1-4-m1-is-out/ is said:
"After the Helios Release, we are one step closer to Indigo. RAP 1.4 M1
is now available."

So is RAP 1.4 working only in Helios or it will be working in Eclipse
3.5.2 (Ganimede if I remember correctly).

Thanks

Hi Aleksandar,

the RAP 1.4 Tooling will support Eclipse 3.6 (Helios) and 3.7 (Indigo).
We cannot maintain compatibility to a wider range of versions. However,
in the current state, the 1.4 Tooling will very likely also run on
Eclipse 3.5.

Regards, Ralf
