Hi all,
I can sucessfully build a p2 site which includes launchers, plugins and
features. The site feature contains all the other features and all of them
become part of the created site.
In the next step I create a composite site with the b3 aggregator for
reusing Eclipse mirrors for all bundles from Eclipse.
If I install the product with the p2 director the application works as
expected. However, it has no features directory. If I open "Help > About >
Installation details" it shows no own features in the according tabs. All
plugins are shown correctly though.
After searching around I added
-profileProperties "org.eclipse.update.install.features=true"
to the p2 director call. But sadly this did not change anything.
This is independent from the operating system, I am testing with Linux and
with Windows Vista.
