Hi,
In a last couple of days I was trying to figure out if it is possible to
extend an existing UMA model. For example I want to add a new attribute of
type String to the Task Element of the UMA. Is it possible to do such a
thing and still to conform to the UMA meta model (and be abale to edit a
new task instances with EPF)?
If my task is to extend the UMA metamodel but to stay standart complaint
as much as possible, what you would advise to do? Take the UMA ecore
model, extend it with EMF and then write a completelly new editor similar
(and simpler) to the EPF or just start with an EPF and make changes there.
