Hi,

I've reached a mirror located at Florida Univ. and don't know what file
I have to download in order to install Eclipse on my Ubuntu GNU/Linux.

I am used to the unzip / untar / configure / make / make install
procedure but can't find which file do I have to get in order to have
Eclipse up 'n' running.

Hi Gabriel,

Look at the Looking for Eclipse links on this page:

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index2.php

This should help you out.

Eclipse SDK
If you aren't sure which download you want... then you probably
want this one.

Platform Runtime Binary
These drops contain only the Eclipse Platform with user
documentation and no source and no programmer documentation.

JDT Runtime Binary
These drops contain the Java development tools plug-ins only, with
user documentation and no source and no programmer documentation.
