Unusual behavior of code assist in eclipse helios [message #549634]

While working in JSP
code assist works if I use <%= %> in between two different HTML tags but fails when I use it in between attributes of a tag

I have created a small project and attached the snaps of the error in this post.
Please tell what is wrong here . It is taking too much time.

In between two different tags it works.
