Hello!
Is it possible to programmatically call extraction from ATL model(ecore) to ATL file? Maybe somehow call AM3 Resource navigator?

Hi

Yes, you can either use Java code directly, or use AM3 tasks.

Check the M2M-ATL newsgroup, which may have the precise answer to that.
