I am using SDK 3.1 with wtp-prereqs-sdk-1.0M3.zip to be able to do Web
Services, within eclipse. I followed the instructions on:

Everything looks fine until I tried to create the coverter project. As I
clicked finished I got the following error:

"Save could not be completed. Some related files may already been saved.
Reason: "http://java.sun.com/dtd/web-app_2_3.dtd".

I'll appreciate any ideas that may be helpful.
