Eclipse can't find settings.xml [message #544791] Mon, 05 July 2010 10:18 Go to next message

Hey, I'm getting the following error in Eclipse:

[ERROR] Error executing Maven.
[ERROR] The specified user settings file does not exist: C:\Users\Cerberus\.m2\settings.xml

How do I tell eclipse that settings.xml is located here?

C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\apache-maven-2.2.1\conf\settings.xml

Thanks

Hi

Open the Eclipse preferences and navigate to "Maven". On the preference
pages of Maven, there are possibilities to set the path to the global
and user settings.xml files...
