Tibco Software, located in Palo Alto, is looking Senior Eclipse Developer.

You will work as part of the engineering team helping to develop future leading products for many different markets including Financial Services, Government, Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications. You will be in a team responsible for aspects of the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and engineering documentation of new and innovative products for BPM.

There will be a focus on developing using industry standard technologies and using efficient and productive tools and techniques to develop feature rich, enterprise strength software products. This position will focus on the Active Matrix design time which will involve hands on development using Eclipse, web services, and JAVA technologies.

We are looking for the following skillsets:

BS/CS, MS/CS degree required.
Extensive hands-on experience creating UI applications using SWT and JFace.
Understanding of EMF, GMF, GEF is a plus
Knowledge of web services and related technologies is a plus.
Strong software analysis, development, and design skills
Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment
Understanding of the full software product life-cycle
