hi,

researching some problems in our company's eclipse distribution, I've found some class files in DOS 8.3 Format, e.g. DEFERR~1.CLA. I've configured my plugins via eclipse installer.

These files are in
plugins / org.eclipse.gmf.testsmruntime.emf.type.core_1.2.0.v20090123- 1142

I just want to know whether this may be a problem in normal usage of eclipse or has to be as is. Suggest, it's just classes for testing gmf?

Hi,

That plugin doesn't exist in my install, it looks maybe you installed it
by installing some unnecessary source or test bundles. Have you tried
checking out a fresh Eclipse install?
