RCP on win7 x64 (Incorrect view dropping region indicator) [message #541418]

OK an old post and just to keep a record.

This should be a bug in SWT lib and as long as I know, it is fixed since
3.6 and 3.7 lib.

Can't remember the eclipse bug#.
