I'm testing the installation of a feature (i.e. plug-in) that Ive developed and I have some questions. The first time a feature is installed in a workspace, the license agreement must be accepted. If I subsequently uninstall the feature, restart Eclipse, and then re-install the feature into the same workspace, I do not get asked to accept the license. If I install into a new workspace, I do get asked. So, it seems as though the fact that I accepted the license is somehow cached with/in the workspace somewhere, which I didn't expect.

Is this by design?
