It is not the right newsgroup, such general questions should be posted
in eclipse.platform.
However, you might find some help below.

I have no direct positive answer (sorry, never did J2ME development),
but you should look at the following sites:
- http://eclipse-plugins.info
- http://www.eclipseplugincentral.com
These are the two main eclipse plugin sites.
