Or where can i find detailed instructions how to get a working pdt in

but that isn't enough because pdt relies on bunch of other eclipse
projects ,like wst, and i don't have update sites for those. So this isnt

pdt project should either build all-in-one eclipse for 64 bit build or add
a detailed instructions how to install pdt on plain eclipse.
Till now i have used ther all-in-one build and added additional plugins
that i need to that, but now i'm using 64bit linux as my dev platform so
this doesn't work any more, and i certaily don't want to use 32bit build.

Hi,
There is a list of requirements in every build, complete with links for
download. You can simply download those files (except the " Eclipse test
framework" which is broken and unnecessary), install them on your existing
eclipse sdk and you are good to go...

i has, somewhat. It can be done now, because all dependencies are
available on eclipse discovery, so i have managed to install pdt withouth
any problems.
to reproduce: download 64bit build of eclipse, add pdt update site to
update manager, then for update selecte eclipse discovery and pdt update
and just click on requirements that pdt needs until you can proceed with
install ( all dependencies meet).
