The "standard" XML editor does not support auto completion against XML
schemata. It comes as plug-in from the WST (web standard tools) project
which is probably installed in your eclipse instance.
Nevertheless you can use XML editors with auto completion. For example:

Installation instructions as well as other XML editors can be found on
