Everytime, I modify something in Java code and save it, I am getting the error dialog which says

'Updating JSP Index' has encountered a problem.
An internal error occurred during: "Updating JSP Index".

Is there anyway, I can disable JSP Index? As I am not using JSP files at the moment.

More details on my environment

Seeing the trace it appears that you have a later version of org.eclipse.jst.jsp.core jar as compared to the org.eclipse.wst.sse..core jar.

As I can see in the code that a new method was added later the sse core jar date: org.eclipse.wst.sse.core.internal.modelhandler.ModelHandlerR egistry.getHandlerFor(IFile, boolean)
