--------
at the weekend I worked again to integrate Riena with other OSGI bundles
(in this case EasyBeans)

there's some trouble with logging
see also my blog-entry:
http://ekkes-corner.blogspot.com/2008/06/catch-22-logging-wi th-osgi-frameworks.html

would be really nice if Riena can use Package-Import for log4j (I opened
Bugzilla 237221) and to use the 'normal' equinox.log bundle. as reported
the classes of Riena M2's equinox.log.HEAD are still not in Eclipse
Ganymede (last tests at 3.4.RC4) - perhaps you can add your additional
features as a fragment to equinox.log ?

now as I'm running Easybeans + Riena under Equinox 3.4 and can start Riena
Unit-tests and run EasyBeans examples as tests I'll start to do really
integration: use of EJB3 SessionBeans together with Riena... I'll report
in some days...

Agreed that logging is unecessarily complex at the class loader level and
would really like to do something about it in the next release.
I have one question about the version of equinox.log Riena is using. Is this
the version in the equinox incubator?
