Hi,
Did anyone try or have idea of how to switch the Eclipse RCP applications
SWT look and feel with Riena's SWT/Qt. I would like to modify my
applications look and feel using that.

BR,
Kathir.

Hi Kathir,

Riena and SWT/Qt are unrelated technologies. So they are developed by the same people, but you can run any SWT
application using SWT/Qt. Having said that SWT/Qt is currently not publically available. We are currently working on how
to do that and that will take a few more weeks.

Currently we only show demos like next week on Tuesday on JAX in Germany Mainz and we blog about it. (which you found)

Riena on the other hand is a client/server framework in EclipseRT that is on top of RCP and allows many styling and
theming options already. May its worthwhile for you to check it out. That is however unrelated to the SWT/Qt effort.

Does that help or do have any more questions ?

Hi Christian,
Thank you for the clarification. I was only looking for the SWT/Qt part. I
am looking forward for the feature to be publicly available.

BR,
Kathir.
