I want to convert a BPMN diagram to a Ecore file -- --the EMF model.
Does anyone know how to do the conversion?

The BPMN diagram is stored as XMI - it is based on an ecore model.

Thanks so much.If possible, can you tell me how can I fetch the information in the bpmn diagram? Because I want to analyse and compare between two BPMN diagrams.

Well, open the files using the EMF API ? And use EMF Compare ?
