Anyone know how to add resources to J2ME JAR file? [message #526337]

Guys,

I know how to access project resources from my J2ME java programs, it's adding them in via the Eclipse IDE so they get built into the JAR at runtime (for running on emulator or device) that I can't figure out.

What do I do and where please? I'm just talking about pics, sounds or other data to be included in the JAR that my program will need to access.
