Dragging around views on secondary monitor doesn't display placement hints [message #522962]

When dragging around views in the workbench on my secondary monitor, the frame that pops up to indicate where the view will end up is not shown. Should I register this as a bug?

Actually, I discovered that the hinting works for both monitors in my Eclipse IDE window, but when I'm debugging an RCP application, the hinting only works for the primary monitor. Maybe I should file this against the RCP, then?
