SQL Editor doesn't list my DB connection [message #52810] Fri, 20 February 2009 21:40 Go to next message

Hi,

I've updated my MySQL Driver Definition with the location of the JAR,
and successfully created a new connection on the Data Sources Explorer.

Then I create a new SQL Scrapbook and choose MySql_5.0 in the Connection
profile's "Type" field, but "Name" field is empty so I can't choose my
existing connection.

What am I doing wrong? I'm using the Ganymede release.

Thanks in advance,
Daniel Serodio

Was there anything in the Name combo box when you clicked on the
drop-down arrow?

I'm not sure why, but the Name field defaults to blank when it could be
pre-filled with the Name associated with the chosen Type. The same
holds true for the Database field.
