Hi, i have being developing a GMF editor that have been working well
until i removed the xml namespace prefix from ecore file and regenerate
sources. After that, the diagram editor stop working well and couldn't
be able to load correctly information from documents. Some symptoms are:

* only can realize the presence of Top Node References but loose their
position next time it is loaded. behavior like "initialize xxx diagram
file" functionallity where for a given xml its diagram file is generated
and Top Node References are placed on top.

* Feature label mappings stopped working.
* Error when saving but no entry in the log.

Everything results fixed after setting the namespaceprefix in the ecore
file.
