Hi,

I'm trying to install an EditHelperAdvice to a specializationType, that speciaizes the NullElementType (org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.emf.type.core.null) and uses the Factory of INotationType (kind=org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.diagram.ui.util.INotationType) .

For some reason unknown to me, none of the methods apart from the constructor is called in my EditHelperAdvice.

Does anyone have a suggestion why that could be so? I did some research about the EditHelper of NullElementType, but that seems to be a dead end to me.
