The XML Catalog lets you select a dtd file from anywhere in your
workspace. Are you asking for new function to allow you to browse the
filesystem for files that have not been imported into your workspace?

Perhaps you can explain how you'd like it to work.

XML editor doesn't support all java encodings. I need MS949 encoding, but
it's not supported.

Pavel,

Please open a WTP bugzilla bug for this feature request. If you'd like to
contribute a fix for this you're more than welcome. Otherwise, I'll do my
best to get this fixed in the next few weeks.
