Hello,

I've just started to learn GMF (actually, I don't really need to use it, but as my project is extending one that was using GMF, I'd like to correct some old parts that really need some fixes.

The first problem was the layout, when I did "Arrange all", everything was messed up. So I extended TopDownProvider, creted an extension point, and it's much better now. Better, but not perfect, as I still have some problems with edges in my diagram.

Here is a screenshot of the "problem" : http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/84/edges.png

Take a look at the -----[A]---- edges. As you can see, they are not very short, and make some kind of "reverse V". Also, the [A] is always at the "top" of the diagram...

I'd like to fix this behaviour, maybe put the [A] closer, or something like that... but I have absolutely no idea how to do that.

Here is another example of what I'd like to do :

Any help is welcome Grin
