Eclipse User

I have this error in the log
System property http.proxyHost is not set but should be x.x.x.x

This is triggered by clickin on help>help contents

1. My external browsers are working ok, it has been set to use an automatic
proxy
2. In the web perspective, eclipse internal browser works ok
3. software updates works ok

what should my proxy setting be ?
