hi..
is there a way i can plug in to oracle explain plan view and extract the data itself (for example the cpu cost)

i would like to create a small plug in which scans source file and sends sql statements to the explain plan view and returns back only the ones that exceed a specified cost (sorta like oracle's trace analyzer )
