I was wondering if anyone using OSX has been able to import a git repository.
I have tried the latest plugins as well as plugins dating back into 2009. All of them fail to import any repositories. I am however able to successfully import a repository both on my Linux box and my Windows one.
The error I get is: Couldn't create temporary repository.
This message comes up immediately after inputting the repository uri and clicking next. (It appears on the top of the Select a branch screen) It doesn't seem at all like it even attempts to hit the repository, the error appears immediately regardless of what repository uri I put in on the previous screen.
I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this, and if anyone knows of a solution.
I would even appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction of just finding out more information as to where exactly this error is occurring, is there a way to enable egit/jgit logging?
Anyways thanks for your time,
~Matthew
P.S. I am running Galileo, I have tried both the 64bit and 32 bit builds. I am running Snow Leopard in 64bit mode.
