Hi,

for what reason must "Synchronize gmfgen model" be called? I've assumed
it would merge all the models into gmfgen model. Currently, i modified
the Palette after it was created by EUGENIA and called "Synchronize..."
afterwards, but that has no effect on the gmfgen.

And by the way, how is it possible to group items in a palette, so that
a little drop down box is created for the subgroup. I tried to subgroup
similar elements by introducing a new "Tool Group" but this produces a
new collapsable group instead of a dropdown group within a collapsable
group.

Thanks a lot
Timothy

Hi Timothy,

The "Synchronize gmfgen model" action performs various changes to the
gmfgen model (e.g. enables printing, validation). You can add groups to
your palette programmatically using EOL. Instructions for doing this are
available in
http://www.eclipse.org/gmt/epsilon/doc/articles/eugenia-poli shing/
(you'll need to script the GmfTool model).

Cheers,
Dimitris
